Fair Go jackpot pokies compared
Every jackpot below is described in Fair Go's words. The size column is the same for all six, because Fair Go doesn't publish a live amount for any of them.
| Pokie | Jackpot, as Fair Go describes it | Size published? |
|---|---|---|
| Kev's Bush Bonanza | Super Grand Jackpot | No |
| Cash Bandits 3 | Progressive jackpot | No |
| Aztec's Millions | Progressive jackpot that grows with every spin, winnable at any bet level | No |
| Plentiful Treasure | Eight progressive jackpots | No |
| Achilles Deluxe | Minor and Major progressive jackpots | No |
| Halloween Treasures | Mini, Minor, Major and Grand jackpots | No |
Fair Go names Kev's Super Grand Jackpot but gives no figure. We don't quote jackpot amounts from anywhere else, because a number from another casino's network says nothing about Fair Go's.
Progressive, tiered and fixed: what the labels mean
A progressive jackpot grows as people play. A slice of each qualifying bet is added to the pot until someone wins it, and then it resets to a starting amount. Aztec's Millions is the clearest example: Fair Go says its jackpot grows with every spin.
A tiered jackpot splits the prize into levels. Halloween Treasures names four (Mini, Minor, Major and Grand), and Achilles Deluxe names two progressive tiers. Smaller tiers usually land more often than the top one. Fair Go doesn't say whether Halloween Treasures' tiers grow or stay fixed.
A fixed top award pays a set multiple of your stake and never grows. Kev's 50,000x top award works that way: it scales with your bet, not with time. Fair Go lists it separately from Kev's Super Grand Jackpot.
For the maths behind contribution rates and resets, read our guide to progressive jackpots.
Lobby Jackpots: the side bet you switch on
Separate from any game's own jackpot, Fair Go runs Lobby Jackpots: Opt-in side jackpot at $0.01 per spin. You opt in, and every spin then costs that little bit extra for a shot at a lobby-wide prize. Two things to weigh up:
- The extra stake adds up. Over 1,000 spins, a cent a spin is $10 on top of your bets.
- It's optional. If you're playing through a bonus, check whether side-jackpot stakes count toward wagering before you switch it on. Fair Go's promotion summary doesn't say.
Does your bet size change your jackpot chances?
Some progressives only pay the top prize on a maximum bet. Others let any stake qualify, sometimes with a bigger bet improving the odds. For Aztec's Millions, Fair Go says the jackpot is winnable at any bet level. For the other five, it doesn't say, so open the paytable and look for wording on qualifying bets before you chase the jackpot.
Whatever the rule, don't raise your stake past your budget to "qualify". A jackpot is a long shot by design. If you play with a bonus, the $10 bet cap applies however big the jackpot looks.
If you do land a big one
Fair Go caps withdrawals at $7,500 AUD per customer per week. On a $50,000 win, that's at least 7 weeks of payments. Fair Go's banking terms also list Bitcoin (free), eZeeWallet (free), Wire Transfer ($50 fee); $100–$2,500 per transfer. Verify your account early so a large payout isn't held up by ID checks.
